Move Here

We have built practically all the houses we are allowed to on our land, but from time to time there is a house for sale. Usually it is sold via an estate agent, and it will be advertised on this homepage too.

Renting

An other opportunity to come and live here is to rent one of the houses for a period, quite a few of us rent out for a shorter or longer period while we go travelling. This is a good way to check out the place. Houses for rent will also be advertised here.
Some people rent out rooms too, often in shared houses.

Membership

If you buy a house, or rent here for more than 6 months, you have to be a member of Økosamfundet Dyssekilde. The membership deposit is 8900 kroner, and the annual fee 3000 kroner - if you live here. If you wish to be a member but do not live here the annual fee is 1440 kroner - a year. For more information contact our office.
